Low Calorie Bran Muffins

This delicious and very simple low calorie bran muffin recipe has been my go-to breakfast in the mornings lately, with all of the taste and none of the guilt. You just blend all the ingredients at once and chuck it in the oven. I haven’t managed to mess this up, even in a slumber!

Ingredients:

Makes 6 muffins

Here’s how:

Step 1:  Preheat oven to 180˚C and prepare a non-stick muffin pan

Step 2:  Blend the ingredients together using either a hand blender or food processor

Step 3:  Pour mixture into a muffin pan and bake for 15 minutes

Serve with butter, jam and cheese or just grab a muffin on the go!
